Planning video call within 2 weeks of signing, to walk through your vision and vendor list.
An in-person venue visit to finalize layout and logistics.
Unlimited email support in the four weeks leading up to your event.
I’ll review vendor contracts and confirm arrival times, deliverables, and final payments.
I’ll build a detailed day-of timeline and share it with every vendor, so everyone’s on the same page.
Floor plan and ceremony/reception layout confirmed with your venue.
On-site for your rehearsal (up to 2hrs)
Wedding Day
On-site for 8 hours on your wedding day.
I’m your vendors’ single point of contact - you shouldn’t have to field a single logistics question.
Coordinating entrances, first dance, and key moments with your DJ and photographer.
Setting up personal details (guest book, favors, seating chart) and overseeing breakdown at the end of the night.
On-site emergency kit for last minute fixes.
Happy to distribute final vendor gratuities on your behalf.
