• Detailed day-of timeline shared with your venue and vendors.

• Floor plan and ceremony/reception layout confirmed with your venue.

• Rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hr.)

• Wedding Day Coordination (on-site up to 6 hrs.)

• Coordination of key moments; entrance, first dance, etc. with vendors involved.

Full Scale Package | $1350 | Weddings with over 150 guests & large vendor teams

• Everything included in the Signature Package, plus:

  • Dedicated A Savored Moment assistant on your wedding day.

  • Additional support for larger guest counts and more complex logistics.

• Events with unusually complex logistics, multiple locations, transportation, or extensive setup may require a custom quote.
